How long does shipping take for Infamous gear?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies based on location and customs processing.
What is your return policy for markers and technical equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that high-performance markers that have been gassed up or fired cannot be returned for a full refund due to safety and resale regulations.
Do you offer a warranty on Infamous Pro DNA products?
Yes, all Infamous Pro DNA protective gear and apparel are covered by a limited 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear from aggressive field play.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We strive to ship orders as fast as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage, it cannot be changed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Infamous Paintball products worldwide. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees required by their local customs office.
